    Returns policy

    Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

    Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return postage charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    Process: To initiate a return, contact us at frenchbourne1990@yahoo.co.uk or call 01772 584898. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

    Refunds or Exchanges: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
